CRAIN'S CLEVELAND BUSINESS MARCH 03, 2023

An article published by Crain’s Cleveland Business on March 3, 2023, detailed Tony Manna’s journey which led to building M7 Holdings. The article tells the story together with Manna's work in private equity, venture capital and real estate development that forged his path to building M7 Holdings— plus a charitable foundation that's in the works — under one entity that will be headquartered in the Hough neighborhood next to the Cleveland’s historic League Park.

The article highlighted the incredible investment that has already taken place to redevelop the Hough neighborhood and the exciting development, described as “Cornerstone at League Park,” that M7 is leading.

Having Manna involved in the Hough neighborhood’s redevelopment is huge, said Lillian Kuri, chair of the Cleveland City Planning Commission and chief operating officer for the Cleveland Foundation, which is about to move into its own new headquarters in the Midtown area. "This isn't about any one project or institution," Kuri added, "but everyone coming together to work together on the community vision for what we would like to see here centered in the rich history and rich cultural assets already there."

In addition to M7’s move to and Manna’s involvement with the Hough neighborhood, the article also detailed the various arms of M7 Holdings, including M7 Ventures, M7 Ace NEO, M7 Signet Holdings and the M7 Foundation.

Among the key updates for the organization is the leadership of new president, Courtney Eaton. "We are now in a position with our family investment office to really take off and do the things we want to do," Manna said about Eaton’s leadership.
