AKRON, Ohio, Aug. 26, 2026 — M7 Holdings today announced that two of its manufacturing businesses, Harwood Rubber Products of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, and Rubber Right Rollers of Chelsea, Massachusetts, have united under a single brand: Coreline Rollers. The launch completes an integration that began in December 2025, when Harwood acquired Rubber Right, and gives the combined company a manufacturing and service footprint spanning the Midwest and the Northeast.

For M7, the more significant story is the arc that led here. Both businesses were second-generation family companies with long customer relationships, deep technical knowledge, and owners ready to step back. Harwood, with 65 years of history, joined the M7 portfolio in December 2023. Rubber Right, founded in 1992, was acquired by Harwood in December 2025. Now, the two operate as one company under one name.

“Harwood and Rubber Right had complementary geographies and a lot of overlapping technical knowledge. Both were family businesses whose owners had earned the right to hand things to someone who would look after them. The job was to put the two companies together without a single customer feeling it. Nine months later there is one operating team, and the phone still gets answered by the same people.”

One Operator Across Both Deals

Smith holds a dual role. He is Vice President at M7 Holdings, where he leads the firm’s manufacturing platform, and President of Coreline Rollers. He ran M7’s initial acquisition of Harwood in 2023, ran Harwood’s acquisition of Rubber Right in 2025, and then ran the integration from inside the business rather than from the investor’s side of the table.

“To anyone hearing the Coreline name for the first time, this is proven expertise and real manufacturing and engineering capability. The name is new. The people, the plants, and the decades behind them are not. What has changed is reach. A customer running plants in the Midwest and on the East Coast can now put both on a single roller program, and an emergency repair in one region can be picked up by the other.”

What Coreline Does

Coreline manufactures, repairs, recovers and replaces custom industrial rubber, urethane and specialty elastomer rollers for customers in automotive, food processing, packaging, printing, paper, textiles, battery, glass, oil and gas, and steel processing. Harwood and Rubber Right continue as named divisions of Coreline, with the same technical teams and facilities customers have worked with for decades.

Coreline Rollers has published its own announcement of the brand launch, and its new website is now live at corelinerollers.com. The site details the combined company’s manufacturing and service capabilities, including access to more than 100 proprietary rubber formulations, a long production history and certain customer relationships which go back more than 60 years.

“Buying a great company is just the start. What happens afterward is where the value gets created or lost. Coreline is what that work looks like when it goes right.”
